Most projects aren't run by a professional PM.
Those are the ones that go quiet.
The moment that got me interested was specific. Someone asks an executive for status on work they don't run day to day, and the honest answer is "I was told, I just can't find it fast enough."
That's not a knowledge problem. It's recall and timing. Which means the fix isn't another dashboard the whole org has to adopt. It's a personal layer that remembers what you were told and notices when something's gone quiet.
I ended up building that for myself. It's called TemporalNotes.
